Derrick Rose added 16 points and six assists, while Luol Deng contributed 11 points for the Bulls, who improved to 4-1 on the season with their third straight win.

Josh Davis and Sam Young both scored 10 points off the bench to lead the Grizzlies, who were held to 31 percent shooting in the game, including 1-for-9 from three-point range.

Marc Gasol's layup brought Memphis within 7-6 early in the first quarter, but the Bulls scored eight of the next 10 points to take control of the game and headed into the second with a 25-12 lead despite shooting just 29.2 percent from the floor.

Chicago fared much better in the second quarter, connecting on 13-of-19 shots while the Grizzlies made just six of their 18 attempts to fall behind, 54-28, at halftime.

Memphis managed just four points over the first eight-plus minutes of the third quarter while Chicago dropped in 22 for a 76-32 lead.

The Grizzlies, behind 84-44 heading into the fourth quarter, never got closer than 35 for the remainder of the game.

Huskers' Lucky hospitalized for undisclosed reason

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Nebraska running back Marlon Lucky was hospitalized Monday for undisclosed reasons after Lincoln police responded to a call at his residence.

The Nebraska athletic department said in a release Monday that Lucky was admitted Sunday night.

Lucky, from North Hollywood, Calif., started six games last season as a sophomore and was the team's second-leading rusher, with 728 yards and six touchdowns. He also caught 32 passes for 383 yards. He averaged 19.1 yards on eight kickoff returns.
